Make sure your order is right before you leave with it.. May take 10-15 mins to get your order as well. Horrible service. Its the only fast food in town though..
Not much to say. It's like typical fast food restaurants. Everything's always kind of sticky, could always use a little cleaning. If you like Dairy Queen then this is a good place.

DQ in Texas... Ah the fond memories I had as a kid grabbing a dipped cone on a summer day. If you are in I 20 between Weatherfod and Abilene and need a treat or a meal this is a stop to refresh and relive memories of a kid cooling off in Texas weather. It's in Santo TX. DQ and truck stops are about all you'll find open at 7 pm. I was suprised at the freshness of the Taco salad. The Chicken was grilled and hot. The Cherry coke was as a remembered as a kid but as an adult a bit to sweet for my liking at this age. Good Wi-Fi for being inn the middle of a rural area.
I went in the store to order. It took 15 minutes to get my number one order. But the drive thru was taken care of very quickly. This place is one of the biggest jokes. The management, and the owners need to really look at this place. This is not the first time I have been in this store and received lousy service. It's a shame because there is really is nothing else in Poteet for a quick run in and grab something. Maybe they are more focused on their other stores thinking that because it is the only place in Poteet they can give you garbage service.
Never going back. I will drive 15 minutes because that is what I am going to wait anyways.
