Horrible absolutely horrible!!! First of all they NEVER answer their phones and NEVER on the property! I was told that if you paid by credit card you had until the 15th of the month to pay (the owner's wife told us). They locked up the storage without being late (every month I paid on the 12 and NEVER once paid a late fee) and they said they couldn't unlock it until three days later!!! They only show up when you want to rent a unit but if you are having issues with the unit good luck with them calling you back.
Great service, left a message requesting information about a new rental, she called me back as soon as they opened. I was able to reserve a unit over the phone, she also left the paperwork for me to sign along with the locks in the unit to take care of when I could. This was so helpful as we were moving from San Antonio and this saved me a trip. We found the unit clean and property well kept. Would recommend!
